Sharing files with Drop Box

Life on the net gets easier and better each day! Sometimes you can’t believe things are so easy and you can’t trust anyone! Ask a Virtual Assistant who has been in business for the past decade and they will tell you what can be trusted. New software applications keep popping up on the net and we try it out. Drop Box solves the problem of sending files by email, if you work regularly with clients across the country. Sign up with an account, instal the software on your PC and set up Folders where you can drop in your files. Share the link address with your VA and you get a file notification instantly. You can also protect your folders so its shared with whoever you wish to share it with. The Free Plan is quite good for 2 gb upto 18 gb.
