I saw this program on tv which attracted my attention today, as I spend a lot of time on the computer and studies show that its not healthy for you to sit down all day. There are risks of developing diabetes type 2 and other health problems. But what else can you do, when your job occupation needs you to sit at a desk? It is recommended that you get up every half an hour from your desk and move around or do some light stretching exercises. Now they have designed desks at standing height!
